At the kind invitation of the Moroccan Meteorological Service, the 6th ACCORD All Staff Workshop will be held in Marrakech (Morroco) as a hybrid meeting from 13 to 17 April 2027, in the premise of the Grand Mogador Agdal hotel.

Grand Mogador Agdal hotel can host all participants with a prefered rate. All details are in the comprehensive information document prepared by our hosts: Information pack.
Please do not register to the hotel on your own, read carefully the document and fill the specific form to register at the hotel before the 6th February.
A framateam link is available for in-situ participants, to organize activities beside the meeting (if you want to inform others that you are going to run, that you are looking for someone to play cards with, if you want to proposes people to join you for diner ...). Please join !

Social events
The ice breaker will be on Monday evening, after the poster session, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The event will be held in the coffee break area, where the posters will be displayed
along the walls. Snacks and soft drinks will be served.
An Excursion in Agafay is planned for Wednesday afternoon. Participants are advised to bring appropriate clothing, hats, and suitable walking shoes.
A Dinner will be held on Wednesday evening, between 7:00 and 11:00 pm, following the excursion. All workshop participants are invited to a dinner offering a variety of meal options.

This year the sessions are divided in two:
Regular and General Area Sessions with general talks.
Topical Sessions on more specific topics with more time for discussions.
All sessions will be recorded and the videos will be available on this webpage.
We will have 2 rooms for the ASW.
All General Area Session will take place in the conference room.
A second room is available all week, behind the conference room, for Topical Sessions when in parallel with another session.
For those who want to take the opportunity to meet beside the meeting the second room will be free the rest of the time.
